Histotechnologist generally associate with the pathologists for completing their work. They are involved in preparing human and animal tissue specimens including tissue fixation, dehydration, mounting and special staining. Histotechnicians must have good hand-eye coordination and precision standards to bring a quality reports to the pathologist.
